Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons peppermint syrup
- 800 ml buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons peppermint
- 6 scoops of lemon ice cream
Preparation:
Mix peppermint with syrup and buttermilk in a blender. Add lemon ice cream, stir for a short while, then pour the mixture into 6 glasses. Decorate top with mint leaves and serve immediately.
